November is the best viewing period for Ginkgo biloba in Zibo every year, which is also the most beautiful time in Zibo. From the end of October to the middle of November each year, the ginkgo trees on Fudong 1st Street in Zhangdian City enter their best viewing period, filled with golden color, becoming a stunning autumn scenery. Walking on the golden path, feeling a different kind of tranquility, as if time has slowed down a lot.

 

Zibo People's Park

In Zibo People's Park, there is a small area of ginkgo biloba. In late autumn, golden leaves seem to cover the entire sky, and pedestrians strolling in the park seem to be walking in a fairy tale world, with a strong sense of atmosphere.

 

Huayan Temple, Cicun, Kunlun Town, Zichuan

There is a temple on Fenghuang Ridge, 250 meters south of Cicun Village, Kunlun Town, Zichuan. It is a millennium old building under the municipal cultural relic protection site - Huayan Temple. The Yuhuang Pavilion with a two-story attic structure in Huayan Temple is currently the most fully preserved building in the temple. There is a ginkgo tree with a height of 15 meters, a diameter at breast height of 1 meter, and a crown of 13 meters in the east of Yuhuang Pavilion. It has a history of about 800 years and has a unique shape. From any angle, the tree shape looks like the word “longevity“ and is known as the “longevity“ tree by the local people.
